Pazal Group SRL is the data controller for PazalServers (pazalservers.com), the CS2 stats and community website.

PazalServers displays competitive CS2 statistics, leaderboards, missions, player profiles and server information for players on PazalServers game servers.

Most data shown on this website originates from gameplay on our CS2 servers and is retrieved through our PazalAPI backend. Signing in with Steam is optional.

Depending on how you use the site, we may process the following categories of data:

• Game statistics: Steam ID, in-game nickname, avatar, combat stats (kills, deaths, headshots, ranking points, etc.), playtime, rank, country/region, hitgroup breakdown, mission progress, staff roles and VIP status — collected when you play on PazalServers and shown on public profiles and leaderboards.
• Steam sign-in (optional): SteamID64, display name, avatar URL and Steam profile URL — only if you choose to sign in; stored in an encrypted session cookie.
• Language preference: your chosen language (English or Romanian), stored in browser localStorage under the key pazal_lang.
• VIP purchases: if you buy VIP, you are redirected to Stripe Hosted Checkout via PazalAPI. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; this website does not store card numbers.

We process data to operate the stats website, display accurate player profiles and leaderboards, enable optional Steam login, remember your language choice, and fulfil VIP purchases.

Public game statistics reflect activity on our servers and are intended for community transparency and competition.

Where EU data protection law applies, we rely on: legitimate interests (operating the stats platform and community features), contract performance (VIP checkout when you purchase), and consent where required (optional Steam sign-in and language storage in your browser).

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Steam (Valve): OpenID sign-in and Steam Web API for profile information when you log in.
• PazalAPI: our backend for game stats, missions, roles and VIP checkout session creation.
• Stripe: payment processing for VIP subscriptions or purchases (Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data).
• Discord: external community link only; no automatic data sharing from this website.

Game statistics are retained while they remain relevant to the PazalServers community and server operations. Session cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity or when you sign out.

Language preference in localStorage persists until you clear site data or change language.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. Note that in-game statistics may originate from server logs; deletion requests may be limited where data is required for legitimate community records or legal obligations.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use HTTPS, httpOnly session cookies for authentication, and industry-standard practices through our hosting and API providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

This service is aimed at CS2 players in general. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without appropriate consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
